She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew Parlin and Agnes Tietig Parlin; her husband John Patrick O'Malley; and her son Daniel Lovett Hutchinson. She is survived by: her grandson Hunter; her daughter Agnes "Nina" Alexina Hutchinson Pruitt (Matthew Todd Pruitt); her grandchildren, Matthew Hunter Pruitt of North Wales, PA and Carly Anne Pruitt of Boston, MA; her daughter-in-law Olivia Zanft Hutchinson; her grandchildren, William Spencer Hutchinson, Alexander Lovett Hutchinson, Charlotte Anna Hutchinson, Victoria Helena Hutchinson and Madeleine Elizabeth Hutchinson; and her brothers, John Andrew Parlin, III of Cincinnati, OH. and David Tietig Parlin of Cincinnati, OH..
