He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullins and Barbara Mullins (Witters). He is survived by: his sons, James and Justin Mullins of Burr Oak, MI; and his siblings, Anthony Mullins (Kristy) of Sturgis, MI, Jim Mullins, Misty Mullins (Dean) and Cindy Rogers.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family to help with expenses and envelopes are available at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
