Rodney Gene Day Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Gene Day (Burr Oak, Michigan), born in New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Day and Hazel M. Day (Proctor); and his sisters, Connie Eash, Donna Petty and Sharon Benton.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Day (Kalyn) of Sturgis and Jessie Caudill (Kevin) of Ocala, Florida; his grandchildren, Ethan and Kaylee; and his siblings, Diana Booth (Roger) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Donald "Benny" Day (Judy) of Springport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current conditions concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, private graveside services and burial will take place at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Burr Oak.
Memorial donations would be appreciated to the Hackman Family Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 9, Sturgis, MI 49091 who is entrusted with the arrangements.
