He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phineas and Barbara Ann Trine (Halferty). He is survived by: his friends, Larry and Janice Schmucker of Sturgis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hackman Chapel (114 S Nottawa St, Sturgis, MI 49091). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
