He is survived by: his mother Betty Patterson (Birch); his girlfriend Darlene Kane of Burr Oak; his children, Ashley Patterson (Jacob Schlotter) of Lagro, Olivia Patterson of Kalamazoo and Brantley Patterson of Sturgis; his grandchildren, Bentley Patterson, Kylee Patterson, Conner Patterson, Anistasia Patterson, Bryson Coss, Hazel Schlotter and Anisely Schlotter; his stepfather Gerald Newberry of Sturgis; his siblings, Charles J. Patterson of Fort Worth, Texas and LeAnn Escobedo-Fonesca of Reedley, California; and his stepmother Virginia Patterson of Reedley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
