We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2021, at the age of 85, John Howard Cossairt of Burr Oak, Michigan, born in Colon, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Cossairt and Pauline Cossairt (Bargo); his wife Patsy Lou Rhode; and his sons, Dennis and Baby Boy Cossairt.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Cossairt (Kathy) of Howe, Indiana and Diana Skinner (Gene Farris) of Barton City; his grandchildren, Kaydee Schneider of Howe, James Cossairt (Kari) of Howe, Rachelle Skinner of Flushing, Ryan Skinner of Flushing and Riley Farris of Barton City; his great grandchildren, Elly Cossairt, Gunnyar Perkins, Kooper Cossairt and McKenzie Cossairt; and his half-siblings, Joe Cossairt of Maryland, Linda Andrews of Florida, Shirley Overholt of Florida and Cindy Patterson of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions no more than 25 people are allowed in the funeral home at one time and masks are required.
