He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Tana Diekman; his parents, Edward Diekman and Martha Diekman (Rambadt); his brother-in-law Amelia Allen (Vern); and also, Lloyd Diekman (Erma) and Leroy Diekman (Pauline).
He is survived by: his children, Larry Diekman (Robbie) of Burr Oak, Douglas Diekman (Lisa) of Mendon and Tina Engle (Richard) of Colon; his grandchildren, Jared Diekman (Kaiti), Jackie Ross (Mike), Emma Hubbard (Josh), Derek, Wyatt, Kelsey, Danielle, Maddison, Jordan Diekman and McKenzie Decker; and his great grandchild Warren Diekman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Centreville.
