She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Berens. She is survived by: her children, Donald, Jerry, Vicky Berens of Zeeland, Rick, Peggy Berens of Wayland and David Berens of Paw Paw; and her brother Joseph "Junior" Beyer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
