He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward and Delma Councell (Grotbo); and his brother Rick Councell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl Williams of Burlington; and his siblings, Steve Councell of Middlebury, IN and Roberta Restaino of New York.
