She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Smith and Evelyn Smith (Wheeler); and her brother Clifford Smith. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Jackie Worthington (Ron) of Battle Creek, Heath Prichard (Nancy) of Burlington and Stephany Krill (Matt) of Eden, OH; and her sister Nancy Gallant (Richard) of Union City. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
