He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lucas and Margaret Lucas (Chichester); his wife Louise Case; and his half-sister Edith Pena. He is survived by: his children, David Lucas (Lisa) of Tekonsha, Gail Duckworth (Jeff) of Burlington and Lois Hammond (Don) of East Leroy; his granddaughters, Kelli Tyler (Jacob) of Lubbock, TX, Crystal Preston (Adam) of Quincy and Amber Lucas of Battle Creek; his great grandchildren, Alec, Aiden, Avery Preston and William Tyler; his sister Eileen Funk of California; and his close friend Mert Watkins of Burlington.
