She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Sellers and Beatrice Sellers (Bonnett); her husband Richard Philo; her daughter Cindy Philo-Miles; and her brother Dale Sellers.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Philo (Richard Stormer) of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Martha Ruggles of Battle Creek, Mark Ruggles (Tiffany) of Bellevue, Charles Philo of Burlington, Makayla of Bellevue, Natalie of Bellevue and RaeLynn Ruggles of Bellevue.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the First Church of the Nazarene.
