He is survived by: his father Burton C. Madden; his daughter Devan Bouffard (Joey); and his siblings, Shelly Madden, Jeanne Simpson (Kim) and Randy Berkshire. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; his great nieces and nephews; his aunts and uncle; his many cousins; and his many friends.
