She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Shepherd and Alice Shepherd (Jackson); and her siblings, Tim Shepherd and Fran Rice. She is survived by: her husband Norman Smith; her daughters, Sabrina Smith of Burlington and Janice Prichard (Brandon) of Newburg, MD; her grandchildren, Jordan Brown, Austin Brown, Elijah Prichard and Raelyn Prichard; her great grandchild Oaklynn Keeton; and her siblings, Glen Shepherd (Carol) of Marshall, MI and Lula Goodman of Athens, MI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation (1276 Tate Trl, Union City, MI 49094). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
