He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Slade and Ann Slade (Hoogterp); his wife Dolores J. Thebo; his siblings, Mary Ann Thome and Raymond Slade; and his niece Erin Slade.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn Burk (Larry), Lawrence Jr. Slade (Sue), Teresa Rewerts (Joseph) and Jeffrey Slade (Traci); his grandchildren, Michael Burk, Kelly Nofzinger, Joseph Rewerts Jr., Danielle Martinez, Ryan Slade, Ashley Bach, Austin Slade and Avery Slade; and his sisters, Betty Jean Burke (Bob) and Nancy Hoffman (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels in Larry's honor, continuing his legacy of service and love.
