He is survived by: his wife Catherine of Buckley; his sons, Anthony Smith (Melissa) of Buckley and Kenneth Smith III of Buckley; his siblings, Elizabeth Smith of Midland, Judith Ellsworth (Ron) of Greenville, Christopher Smith (Pamela) of Hope, Jennifer Herber (Mike) of Shiloh, IL, Sherry Smith of Fayetteville, NC, Jason Smith (Brenda Sue) of Cadillac and Matthew Smith (Tracie) of Cadillac; his granddaughters, Katelyn and Lilly Smith; and his siblings-in-law, John, Jeff and Marion. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
