He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Tobey; his children, Susan Hicks (Michael), Tiffany Odom (David), Jonathon Tobey (Tiffany) and Joseph Tobey; and his grandchildren, Logan, Donovan Hicks, Bo, Shianne and Billiejean Odom. He is also survived by his loving family, friends.
