He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr and Teresa James; his brother Don James of Dean James; his son-in-law Jack Huttenga; his great grandchild Isabella Huttenga; and his nephew Darrin James.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle James; his children, Robin Huttenga, Rodger James, Roxanne Liegler and Ronda Tague (Shawn); his grandchildren, Alex Huttenga, Jessica Giza, Zachary Tague and Maria Tague; his great grandchildren, Aiden Huttenga, Taylor Huttenga and Darren Giza; and his nephews, Doug James and Dan James.
