He was predeceased by: his parents, George Virgil and Bernice Warman Virgil; his wife Katheran Ann Murdock Virgil; his brothers, Oscar Virgil, Warren Virgil, Paul Virgil, Donald Virgil, Richard Virgil and George Virgil; and his great grandchild Katy Averie Travis.
He is survived by: his children, Lois Christine Travis Virgil, Shirley Ann Virgil and Bruce Robert Virgil; his grandchildren, Sam Travis, Ben Travis, Rachel Virgil, Merissa Virgil Moore, Amber Miller and Tanner Virgil; and his great grandchildren, Ian Travis, Jade Virgil, Lela Travis, Logan Williams, Gage Travis, Brett Travis and Quaid Travis.
