He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Verl and Mae Clark (Sebasty). He is survived by: his wife Marie Elizabeth Freehling; his children, Richard Clark Jr. (Alisa), Carol Jackson (Stephen), Janice Arend (Kevin), Kathryn Lolmaugh and Julie Belanger (James); his sister Ruby "Doris" Dougherty; his sister-in-law Mary Freehling; his grandson Richard Clark III; and his son-in-law Kenneth Lolmaugh. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the church in memory of Richard.
