He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville William and Ann Isabelle Collins (Mooney); and his sister Barbara Teunis. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Collins of Buchanan; and his children, Debra Bulat (Michael) of Lakeland, Brian Collins (Tammy) of Berrien Springs, Steve Collins of Buchanan and Dawn Collins of Buchanan. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
