He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Turbett and Marcella Turbett (Vandeventer); and his former wife Melody Turbett (Lane). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Blaine; his children, Ashleigh Harms (Christopher) and Troy Turbett; his stepchildren, Chris Blaine (Amber), Scott Blaine (Cindie) and Jennifer Perez (Chris); his siblings, Gary Turbett (Debra) and Cheryl Wadsworth (Mike); and his pet Muffin. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandson.
