He was predeceased by: his father Keith Welsh. He is survived by: his mother Kay Welsh (Huebner); his husband Anthony L. Esquivel, Jr.; and his siblings, Mike Welsh, Mary Kay Welsh, Marty Welsh (Maria) and Marcia Welsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
