She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael and Kathryn; her son Mark Blank; and her brother Michael Kish Jr. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Gary Blank (Karen), Michael Blank (Mary Jo), Robert Blank and Jeanne Kostreba (Tony); her sisters, Rosalie Applegate (Ron) and Terry Heisey (Rod); and her grandchildren, Roberta McClellan (Jim), Veronica Beadle, Mandy Owen, Joany Burkett, Michael Henderson, Justin Henderson and Derek Blank. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
