She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Canfield and Gladys Canfield (Phillippi); her husband Melvin E. "Pete" Dreitzler; her son George Dreitzler; and her siblings, Lavon Phillipi (Mike), Lois Rosenthal-Johansen, Ervin Canfield (Bud) and Beverly Rudlaff.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Dreitzler (Elizabeth); her daughter-in-law Michele Klemm (Rich); her grandchildren, Derek Dreitzler, Emily Champion (Josh), Kathryn Dreitzler-Mariko (Ousmane) and Johanna Summers (Douglas); and her great grandchildren, Cyler, Izabelle, Jax, Hudson and Hayden.
The family prefers contributions in memory of Joyce be made Buchanan High School Athletics, 401 West Chicago Street, Buchanan, Michigan 49107.
