He was predeceased by: his daughter Stacy; his brother Jim; and his mother Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Denita Thompson; his daughters, Stephanie Heckathorn (Billy) and Roxanne Longfellow; his father Burl; his sisters, Dolores Phillips (Marlin) and Nancy Cowden (Kc); his nephew Jeff Phillips (Jenny); his niece Julie Walker; and his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Alyshia, Colton, Dwayne and Haylee.
