He is survived by: his wife Susan Miller; his sons, Brian Miller of Osceola, IN and Casey Miller (Jacquelynn) of Estero, FL; his grandchildren, Kyle, Lauren and Cade Miller; his brothers, Thom Miller (Janet), Brad Miller (Debbie) and Jim Miller (Sheryl); and his sister-in-law Sarah Kley (Milt).
