He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Vergon and Mae Vergon; and his brothers, Elwood Vergon (Betty) and Chuck Vergon (Aggie). He is survived by: his wife Joy Freeze; his sons, Mike Vergon (Rita) of Houston, TX, Randy Vergon (Janis) of Buchanan, Bart Vergon of Fort Wayne and Craig Vergon (Deborah) of Mishawaka; and his siblings, Norma Metzger (Donald) and Doyle Vergon (Judy). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
