Earlene was predeceased by: brothers, Robert Pankey and Bill Pankey. Earlene is survived by: spouse Buster O. Allen; children, Vance A. Allen (Douglas Prince) and Anita L. Miller (Albert); and sisters, Virginia Paul, Betty Lower and Marilyn Henry.
