He is survived by: his wife Susan Smikle; his children, Phillip Louder of Buchanan, David Louder, Jr. of Buchanan and Jeramy Louder of Buchanan; his siblings, Daniel Louder (Judy) of Watervliet and Chris Louder-Durham; and his stepson Michael (Mandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
