He is survived by: his children, Ashley Abbott of Moriarty, Sarah Abbott, Christopher Abbott and Mindy Jackson; his parents, Alden Abbott of Tennessee and Cindy Abbott of Tennessee; his siblings, Brian Abbott (Martha) of Spokane, Phillip Abbott and Eva Thurston; and his half-brother Stephen Abbott of Tennessee.
