He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad and Marie; and his siblings, Henry, Alexander, Edna, Adeline, Helen, Florence, Norma and Edward.

He is survived by: his wife Joann; his sons, Robert (Robin) of Bridgman, John of Baroda and Roger (Rhonda) of Buchanan; his grandchildren, Amy, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Susan, Andrea and Timothy; and his great grandchildren, Zayne, Olivia, Drake, Angel, Emily, Abigail, Matthew, Adeline, Landon, Logan and Leora. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
