She is survived by: her parents, Vickie Matlock and Terry Matlock (Beverly); her boyfriend Jason Burns; her daughter Chloe Plyler; her siblings, Aaron Matlock and Tarah Rager; her grandmother Geraldine Weaver; her niece Elly Matlock; and her nephews, Ethan Matlock, Reese Matlock and Koen Rager. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
