He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sydow and Frieda Sydow (Wurst); and his siblings, Albert Sydow, Adolph Sydow, Harold Sydow, Clara Webster, Virginia Cleven and Richard Sydow.
He is survived by: his siblings, Laura MacDonld, Elsie Sydow and Carl Sydow (Marcia); his sister-in-law Lela Sydow; his friends, Bob Howard and Joe Liberia; and his pet Fritz.
