She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Church; her parents, Frances Vanassche and Charles Vanassche; her sister Shirley; her brother-in-law Chuck Court; and her son-in-law Dominic Salafia.
She is survived by: her children, Sheli Salafia, Joseph Hoffman (Linda) and Pamela East (Everett); her stepsons, Robert Church, Randall Church and Richard Church (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Andrea Salafia-Mason (Jeremy), Michael Salafia, Erica East and Olivia Brinks (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Nate Salafia, Gabriel Keshick, Devin Salafia, Claire and Holly Brinks.
