She was predeceased by : her parents, Hilbert Maedel and Mabel Maedel (Tiedemann); and her brothers, Hilbert Maedel Jr., Edward Maedel, Otto Maedel and Robert Maedel.

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, James Maedel (Brenda), Jerry Maedel (Patricia), Charles Maedel, Edward Maedel II (Colleen), Robert Maedel II, Judy Tringali (Frank), Janice Long (John) and Tracy Smithand Bobbi Karpus (Michael).
