He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kitchen (Brunk); his daughters, Jessica, Amanda and Rachel; his parents, Guy N. Kitchen and Mary Kitchen (Dawkins); his siblings, Scott Kitchen (Jennifer Tyack) and Jill Werda (Carl); and his nephews, Alex, Marek, Scotty and Drew.
