He is survived by: his parent Elsie Friedli (Blankenberg); his wife Mariann; his sister Marie Doty (Paul) of Minneapolis Minnesota; his children, Debra Smith (Scott) and John Friedli (Diana) of Ironwood; his grandchildren, Christine Smith, Andy Hmielewski (Angel), Michelle Carstarphen (Patrick), Nicole Butterfield (Andrew), Scott Smith, Samantha Friedli, Haley Smith, Cory, Angel, Trevor and Emmet; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Amelia, Charlie, Eleanor and Sylvie.
