He is survived by: his parent Doris Humphrey (Sandell); his wife Carlene (Jarvi); his children, Jamie Ahlskog (Carl) of Ewen, Amber Niemi of Portland, Thomas Niemi (Beth) of Marquette, Jon Niemi (Leslie) of Courtice, Ontario Niemi and Drew Niemi (Priscilla) of Phoenix; and his former wife Nina Humphrey (Haarala).
