He was predeceased by: his parents, John Higdon and Dorothy Higdon; and his brothers, John and George. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry, Danny and Carolyn; and his wife Susan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
