William Sorenson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Sorenson of Brown City, Michigan, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sorensen and Normaleen "Cooper" Sorensen. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Gingell (Dave); his nephews, Fred and Destain; and his cousins, Phil Cooper (Jenny) and Larry Ingalsbee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Chapel (2675 Main St, Marlette, MI 48453). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Charlene Gingell.
