William Sorensen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 73, William Sorensen of Brown City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sorensen and Normaleen "Cooper" Sorensen. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Gingell (Dave); his nephews, Fred and Destain; and his cousins, Phil Cooper (Jenny) and Larry Ingalsbee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Chapel (2675 Main St, Marlette, MI 48453). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Marlette Cemetery.
