He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Bissett and Cordelia Bissett; and his brothers, Jon and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bissett; his daughters, Lisa Ruckman (Daniel), Robin Wilcox (Ken), Krystal Harnden (Bill) and Pam Mast (Don Freeman); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Bissett and Donna Bissett. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
