She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian VanCleave and Virgie VanCleave; her husband Clayton Kahabka; her son Mark Munz; and her sister Betty Duteau.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Kahabka (Vicki) and Becky Carmony; and her siblings, Ann McGarry (Norm), Lucian VanCleave (June), Renee Patteen (Bob) and Virgie Downs. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carman Funeral Home (4347 Main St, Brown City, MI 48416). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church for the quilting program.
