She is survived by: her husband Ronald K. Hayward of Brown City, MI; her children, Royleen Chase, Essad Hayward of Sandusky, MI, Renee L. Hayward of Maybee, MI and Michael A. Chase (Kathrine) of Brown City, MI; her siblings, Helen Fraga of Rochester Hills, MI, Dorothy Mahaffy of Sandusky, MI and Russell Brace of Brown City, MI; and also Yorkie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
