He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Hayward and Sharon Chase Hayward (Brace); and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Strong; his children, Brandon Chase, Nick Chase and Katelin Risdon (Steven); his grandchildren, Chase and Ellie Risdon; his siblings, Royleen Essad (Jim) and Renee Hayward; and his stepfather Ron Hayward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
