He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Kelley and Ruth Kelley; his wife Maxine Matteson; his children, Edward, Harold Kelley and Kathy Prowse; and his siblings, Robert, Harold, Ronald, Marvin (Charlotte) and Noma Rosecrants.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Donaldson (Dave), Cheryl Hepp (Tom), Shelly Durga (Frank), Rick and Carol Bearss; and his sister Phyllis Kelley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
