She was predeceased by: her parents, Max E. Milliken and Ethel V. Milliken; and her siblings, Thomas Milliken and Patricia Owens. She is survived by: her husband Cleeland Bissett; her children, Terry Bissett (Linda), Cindy Miller (Rick), Dennis Bissett (Sandy), Kelly Jager (Bob) and Heidi Bissett; and her sisters, Maxine Halbert (Chuck), Nancy Webb (Rex) and Judy Krause. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to United Hospice of Marlette.
