He is survived by: his wife Vicki Burgess; his children, Jeremy Burgess, Michelle Banks (Ryan) and Eric Burgess; his granddaughters, Alaina and Alivia Banks; his siblings, Karen Cleary (Mike), Duane Burgess (Jan), Paul Burgess and Marilyn Burgess (Craig Forgaard); his mother-in-law Phyllis Bissett; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Bissett (Tom Germayne), Tammy Siegler (Jim), Ron McNary (Liz), Don McNary and Bob McNary (Marianne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
