He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Niedzwiecki and Virginia Niedzwiecki; and his sister Geraldine Percell. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Janene Niedzwiecki (Craig) of Napoleon, Michigan, Scott Niedzwiecki (Maggie) of Perry, Ohio and Kristen Niedzwiecki Dautovic (Pete) of Euclid, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Catherine Beimers (Kyle), Tomasz Niedzwiecki (Kelly), Liam Daly, Mark Niedzwiecki, Chad Carpenter, Shannon Daly, Anna Niedzwiecki, Josef Dautovic, Cecilija Dautovic and Michal Niedzwiecki; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Margo Beimers; and his siblings, Rick (Mary), Darrell Niedzwiecki (Sharon), Linda Picarski (Stan) and Anita Davis (Randy).
